The processing (collection, systematization, stockpiling, storage, refinement, use, deficiency, transfer, cross-border transfer, blocking, destruction) of personal data is carried out by persons to obtain a person ' s publicity, including information on current prices and new proposals.
Individuals may be processed by means of automation and/or automation equipment, in accordance with the existing legislation of the Russian Federation and the regulations of the Company. The person hereby agrees to transfer his personal data to third parties for processing, in accordance with the purposes set out in this agreement, by means of contracts concluded by the Companies with these persons. In all other cases, the Company undertakes to act strictly in accordance with existing legislation.
